- Act 114 FBI Fingerprint Clearance: https://www.pa.cogentid.com/index.htm
- Evidence of Mandated Reporter Training less than one year old: www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu
You will be required to submit evidence of a medical examination made by a physician of your choice and at your cost to include a negative TB test result before you are permitted to begin work. Both the medical examination and TB test result must be less than one (1) year old.
