Reports To:                 Dir. of Pupil Services and/or High School Building Principal

Terms of Employment: Contracted Position

Effective Date:            July 1, 2026 through the remainder of the 26/27 school year

 

Position Overview 

The Director of Workforce Development provides leadership in designing, implementing, and expanding career readiness, apprenticeship preparation, and workforce-aligned pathways for students. The position ensures that district programming aligns with regional labor market needs, industry standards, union entry requirements, and postsecondary opportunities to prepare students for high-demand careers.
